Art. 2 - Data Types

Following the navigation of the Site, we inform you that FENICE SRL will process personal data (art. 4 of the Rules of Procedure) below only "Personal Data." In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Site are as follows:

Navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal exercise, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Art. 5 - Your privacy rights ex art. 15 and s. of the Rules of Procedure

Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, you have the right to request FENICE SRL, at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or deletion of Personal Data or to oppose their processing, you have the right to request the limitation of the processing in the cases provided for in art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as obtaining in a structured format, of common use and readable from automatic device, the data concerning it, in the cases provided for in Article. 20 of the Rules of Procedure.

In any case, you are always entitled to make a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Supervisor) pursuant to art. 77 of the Rules of Procedure, if you consider that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the laws in force.

Art. 6 - Obligations of the User

By accessing the website, you acknowledge that:

- Having understood the principles underlying the functioning of the Internet and accepting its characteristics and limits;

- Be aware that FENICE SRL cannot exercise any control over the nature and characteristics of the data accessible on the Internet and that, therefore, FENICE SRL cannot assume any responsibility arising directly or indirectly from such data;

- Be aware that data disseminated from the Internet cannot be fully protected from possible misappropriation and that any communication is carried out at the risk and danger of the User. To this end, FENICE SRL shall take appropriate technical measures to protect data from accidental loss or unauthorized access or dissemination. - Be aware that viruses can be introduced by third parties on the Internet and therefore acknowledge that it is your responsibility to take all appropriate measures to ensure the protection of data stored on your hard drive.

- You also agree not to register any documents containing viruses;

The User, who provides and makes available to FENICE SRL and/or its partners his personal data, undertakes to ensure such information:

- They are not contrary or in violation of applicable laws and regulations;

- Do not contain viruses or software that could interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or damage it;

- Do not violate the rights of third parties;

- are not misleading, incorrect or misleading;

THIS SITE, ITS SERVICES AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ITS USE ARE GOVERNED BY ITALIAN LAW, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE PLACE OF USE. USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE PRESENT CGU. ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED THEREIN, OR THE DISSEMINATION OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN, SHALL BE OF EXCLUSIVE COMPETENCE OF THE MILAN FORUM, WHICH SHALL APPLY ITALIAN LAW.
